This is a cafeteria style eatery. Order your food, walk to the grill and get your food. The claim to fame is the Dam Hot Dog, which is about the same price as a burger and is quite large. Fountain beverages are "fill your own".

The Hoover Dam Gift Store sells regular postcards, oversized postcards, and special copper-wrapped cards with stamped copper images of the dam. There are also puzzles, pennants and coasters that all have a dam theme.

There are miniature dam statues, T-shirts, refrigerator magnets, and color slides of the dam, considered to be one of the engineering marvels of the 20th century.
